How to Enter

Step 1: Follow @happynutaustralia on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

Step 2: Like any social media post advertising the competition and tag the lucky friends that you would share the prize with   OR   Get creative by featuring Happy Nut in a public post or reel, tag @happynutaustralia and #HappyNut2024.

The competition runs between 8am AEST Monday 15 January and 8am AEST Monday 18 March 2024 and the winner will be notified on the social media platform from which their winning entry was generated. Happy Nut macadamias are available in retail stores and online at www.happynut.com.au. 

Terms and Conditions of Entry in the "Win a Year’s Supply of Happy Nut” Competition

Promotion Period

8:00am AEST on Monday 15 January 2024 – 8.00am Monday 18 March 2024

Prize(s)

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ‘A Year’s Supply of Happy Nut’ prize.

Prizes includes:

A Year’s Supply of Happy Nut macadamias, which equates to 200x 225g packets of Happy Nut macadamias and a Happy Nut merchandise hamper, valued at $2000.

Flavour selection is at the discretion of Freedom Fresh Australia and is subject to product availability. Delivery address must be within Australia. 

The prize will be delivered over 10 months, each delivery containing 20x 225g packs of Happy Nut. Deliveries will be in accordance with the below schedule.

Delivery 3 – May 2024

Delivery 4 – June 2024

Delivery 5 – July 2024

Delivery 6 – August 2024

Prize Special Conditions:

1. Prize must be claimed, and winners must confirm their availability to take the prize by 25 March 2024 11:59pm AEST. In the event that a winner is unable to take the prize on the specified date, or has not claimed the prize and confirmed their availability to take the prize by 25 March 2024 11:59pm AEST, the winner’s entry and prize will be deemed invalid.

2. Freedom Fresh Australia reserves the right to redraw the prize until the prize can be claimed by a winner. Each winner notified has 7 days to claim their prize and confirm their availability to take the prize until their entry is deemed invalid and the prize is redrawn again.

3. No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale and non-changeable.

4. Winner must be 18 years or over.

5. Delivery address for the prize must be within Australia.

6. The Promoter shall not be liable for the Prize being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner or after it has been released to the winner.

Eligible Entrants

Must be aged 18 years and over.

Must reside in Australia.

Freedom Fresh Australia's employees and those of all the distributors and participating outlets associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry Conditions

1. Entry is via Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (Social Media Entry).

2. Entrants must conduct themselves in a safe manner and ensure their entry does not harm themselves or anyone else. Those entries deemed unsafe, harmful or offensive will be invalid.

3. Eligible Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

4. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are not affiliated in any way with Freedom Fresh Australia.

5. Any costs associated with accessing or entering the Promotion are the Entrant’s sole responsibility.

6. By entering this competition the entrant grants the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world in the entry at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to display the entry or any part of the entry in whole or in part in any media, including on social media and digital platforms owned by Freedom Fresh Australia. The entrant acknowledges that they will not be entitled to any compensation for this continued use.

7. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

8. The Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, the Participating Outlets and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities associated with the Promotion, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

9. The Promoter reserves the right to change the entry conditions or entry requirements without notice. 

Verification Requirements

Within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, you must provide appropriate identification or other documentation required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim the Prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry.

Winner Selection Process

One (1) Winner will be randomly selected subject to the entry requirements. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification Process

In the event a Winner does not claim the prize by 25 March 2024 11:59pm AEST, the entry will be invalid and another winner will be drawn until the prize can be claimed.
