Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 cup (140g) Golden Crunch Dry Roasted macadamias, roughly chopped
- 8 Medjool dates, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- Optional: light drizzle of maple syrup
Method
- Line a tray or large plate with baking paper.
- Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place into a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water (make sure the bowl does not touch the water). Stir slowly until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray and spread evenly to your preferred thickness.
- Scatter chopped macadamias and dates evenly over the chocolate.
- Finish with sea salt flakes and a light drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Break into rustic shards and serve.
